Attendance

Regular school attendance is essential for the student to make the most of his or her education. In the event that you are late clocking in hours can be made up in your last week of school.

• If you miss 1 day of class hours can be made up in your last week of school.

• If you miss 2 days of class hours can be made up in your in your last week of school.

• If you miss 3 days of class, you will have to restart the course.

 

 

** If classes are cancelled in the event of inclement weather, the class will be made up at the discretion of the instructor in the final week of the course.

 

 

Leave of Absence Policy

 

If a leave of absence may be necessary, a student may request an excused leave of absence in advance accompanied by proper, documentation stating why the leave of absence is needed. Reasons for which a leave of absence may be granted are:

- Health emergencies (student and/or family member)

​

- Death of family member

 

- Documented military duty, or jury duty. 

 

A leave of absence will allow students to return to the same point in the course where they last left off. Failure to return on the scheduled return date will result in termination from RHS Beauty Academy
